adequate stay. issues with service
slow service lukewarm food
The service was inconsistent. Sometimes, it was slow. during peak hours, getting a drink at the bar often took an unreasonable amount of time. I waited up to 25 minutes. the buffet food was also often lukewarm. That diminished its appeal. some maintenance is needed.

a decent stay
room layout comfy bed blackout curtain shabby grounds planting problem presentation issue
i thought the room layout was superb. it had a big comfy bed. blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
i found that the grounds of the place were a bit shabby. there seemed to be not much care given to tidiness. the planting and presentation needed work.

fresh pastries ample seating
i especially liked the breakfast buffet. it had a broad selection of fresh pastries and fruit. the staff were attentive and always ensured my coffee cup was full. the outdoor pool area provided a peaceful atmosphere with ample seating and shade.

inconsistent service unavailable liquors
I found the service inconsistent. the staff at the restaurants seemed overwhelmed. Often, i waited an unreasonable time for drink refills. also, the advertised premium drinks package was not fully honored, as certain top-shelf liquors were frequently unavailable at the bars. this felt misleading considering the upcharge for the premium option.

fantastic services
friendly staff great tip nice cocktail enjoyable experience
the staff at the bar were very friendly. abdallah gave us great tips for local places to visit. he made some very nice cocktails. the hotel offers a enjoyable guest experience.
i noticed some tables needed clearing more frequently. hygiene standards could be improved in certain areas. i observed a shortage of cups and glasses at times.
