inconsistent serviceunavailable liquors
I found the service inconsistent. the staff at the restaurants seemed overwhelmed. Often, i waited an unreasonable time for drink refills. also, the advertised premium drinks package was not fully honored, as certain top-shelf liquors were frequently unavailable at the bars. this felt misleading considering the upcharge for the premium option.

the staff at the bar were very friendly. abdallah gave us great tips for local places to visit. he made some very nice cocktails. the hotel offers a enjoyable guest experience.
i noticed some tables needed clearing more frequently. hygiene standards could be improved in certain areas. i observed a shortage of cups and glasses at times.
