the children's play area was non-functional, disappointing. it's clear the resort needs serious upgrades, especially since this amenity was advertised. i was expecting better for my children.

The hotel has direct beach access, which I found convenient. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the greenery. The pool was great. It was nice to have a dedicated play area for kids.
I noticed some of the restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during breakfast service. More training might help improve the flow.

The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices with fresh ingredients. I saw that the chef asks for feedback to ensure high food quality and guest satisfaction, this is a plus. There are options for both local and international tastes.

missing tv remoteslow breakfast service
the warm water didn't work properly in the room and the tv remote was missing i had to call multiple times for a simple breakfast order i also found the staff at reception too busy to provide genuine feedback during checkout
