my room offered a beautiful location right on the beach. the balcony included chairs perfect. the scenes were pretty. breakfast was reasonably tasty with different options.

what a blast at this beachside gem!

I had such a great experience. The hotel upgraded my room. from a beautiful to a premium room for free. plus. they allowed me to check out late at 6pm at no extra cost. What a perk! the service was top tier, it just blew me away.

the dinner on the beach was beautiful but overpriced. also i saw a cockroach and the fire safety seemed nonexistent. there were no fire safe doors or sprinklers. if there was a fire. we would have been in trouble.

The hotel sits right on the beach, super convenient. I loved that. its private beach area looks very well maintained. there were daybeds and everything. you can always order your drinks to the daybed.

The staff was friendly. they arranged the transfer to male and it was seamless. I barely lifted a finger. the boys facilitating the tours were friendly and knowledgeable. It really stood out.

The hotel has rooftop pools on the 8th and 11th floors. they were super clean. the pools have amazing views. You can see everything. i love it. There is also a digital panel in our room to request housekeeping services.

the staff was very friendly. the location is great as the beach is right there. my room was spacious, nice and neat..

the agreed-upon speedboat pickup was late. the boat did not arrive until 6:44 pm. the room had a strong unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom. the breakfast option was very limited..

daily cleaning fresh towels fantastic food

The room had daily cleaning and fresh towels were provided. we booked excursions through the hotel and it handled all the arrangements. room service was available. Food was fantastic.

the balcony was quite small, barely enough to step onto, i didn't like it much.
