the paid parking was a joke even though it was offered by the hotel. the breakfast food quality was bad. they advertised a late breakfast until 11am. however, hot breakfast items like eggs disappeared by 10am. this was pretty annoying.

I found the staff to be friendly. They were very helpful when i needed assistance. My room was cleaned daily. This was a great service. The food provided at breakfast was good. I found many tasty options.

The air conditioning in the room worked on a timer. It only ran for 20 minutes. I woke up several times during the hot nights. I had to restart the system. The all-inclusive drinks were weak. There were only four cocktails on offer. The pool towels required a cash deposit. I did not have enough local currency left at the end.

i've been staying here for 11 days now, and the pool area has played the exact same short playlist of about 10 songs. nothing changed. it seems management is absent or does not care to listen to guest feedback.
