The hotel's location was fantastic. It was near st mark's square and the rialto bridge. i loved being in a sunny square in such a busy city. every staff member i met was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with many choices and freshly made coffee (especially the croissants!).
the disco lights in the bathroom were a funny touch, but maybe not everyone's style. it might be good to have an option to turn them off completely. this is a minor thing though, and didn't really affect my overall stay.

the hotel sits on a beautiful square with santa maria formosa church, less than ten minutes walking distance from st mark's square. being close to many sights makes exploring easy, it is also a little gem tucked away. a gondola stand is located very close by.

my room was very spacious and clean. it had high ceilings and fresh towels daily. the room was cleaned every day, i also had a big tv and a coffee machine with capsules.

the staff provided excellent service and helped with anything i needed. they contacted me via whatsapp before i arrived, this was a nice touch. staff members are genuinely caring and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The breakfast had considerable variety. I found the building decoration very elegant. It was like I was staying in a castle. The staff answered all my questions with helpful information.
Carrying luggage to upper floors proved somewhat challenging.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you could eat as much as you wanted. The location was perfect it was very close to city attractions such as St Marks.
The room was very hot at night even though it was winter. The radiator was heating up the room and I could not switch it off. The room had mosquitoes because the windows were open when I arrived.

The breakfast provided a big bonus with many choices. The staff were very friendly and always helpful with any request I had. I found the location convenient, very close to all important sites. The room was very clean.
I noticed slight wear in some areas of the room, though this did not significantly impact my stay.
