The location is superb. St marks square is only a short walk away. The breakfast buffet includes a nice variety of croissants, cakes, and cereals (i especially liked the croissants!).
The bathroom was a little small.

the location was convenient for water transportation it was a short walk to san marco square the breakfast offered numerous options our children found plenty to eat each morning the beds provided good comfort the room easily accommodated our family i found this very useful. the staff was friendly
the room decor seemed slightly dated. this did not significantly detract from my stay, but it's worth noting for those who prefer very modern aesthetics but i find the hotel is on line with the city architecture.

the room was quite spacious for a family there was enough space to move around comfortably even with luggage i booked a big family room. the room was very nice and neat too so i am very happy

the breakfast had many options available there were many choices including hot and cold dishes all of them were well prepared we had a canal view to enjoy during breakfast. the breakfast room was a quaint space.

i found the location very convenient to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast was very good and the pastries were fantastic. the service was also very good and everyone was helpful. i was able to walk to st mark's square within five minutes
i noticed a musty smell in the rooms. there were lots of air fresheners, which i personally do not care for. it would be better to address the underlying cause of the smell

the hotel features a beautiful inner courtyard. the building appears historic and lovely. i saw plenty of murano glass decorations. the breakfast room has a panoramic window that overlooks the gondolas

the location proved amazing. I found the room super spacious and very clean. Towels were replaced every day, and the room was cleaned daily too. The canal view from the dining area was just amazing.
my room lacked good ventilation. It felt stuffy and warm even with the window open. The shared balcony also felt insecure when i left the window open overnight.
