central location, disappointing experience
small room unreceptive staff
the location was very close to piazza san marco. it was close to lots of restaurants and bars.
The hotel room size was horrible. i paid a lot, but the room was very very small. there was no space to unpack. The pictures of the room were deceiving. some of the front desk staff did not seem receptive when i asked about the room i was given

Location good. Room disappointing
outdated decor uncomfortable bed
the location was good, right by major sights.
The room i got felt pretty outdated. The decor seemed old, and some of the furniture looked like it had seen better days. the bed wasn't very comfortable and some of the electrical outlets didn't work, quite inconvenient. it just didn't feel worth what i paid.

great location reception staff
the hotel's location is excellent. it is very close to major attractions. the breakfast included a good selection. i had a great experience with the helpful reception staff. it was always quick to assist me with directions and reservations.
the bathroom was a little small. i found the shower curtain less appealing. the room was very basic. it felt quite outdated. more attention to detail could improve the overall experience.

I appreciated the location. It was central to everything. the breakfast selection was varied and abundant. the staff addressed every request promptly. the air conditioning worked efficiently, a crucial factor .
the room's lighting was inadequate making it difficult to read or work comfortably in the evenings i found this somewhat frustrating. i consider that improvements should be made.
