EXCELLENT stay!

free upgrade helpful staff spacious suite

I received a complimentary upgrade to a SUITE. The staff members were nice and helpful with directions. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major tourist attractions. Our wellness suite was spacious, modern, and very clean. it had great additional features.

The room design is excellent and evokes the historical significance of the building, I felt I was in the heart of beautiful history. The rooms have high ceilings and the beds are comfortable (I slept like a BABY!).

The staff was friendly and helped us book a water taxi.

Our room was quite small and dark with no natural light. It felt very claustrophobic. the bath was hard to get into, and the water was not very hot.

The breakfast was complete. It could not be better.

The lock on the front door was temperamental. I struggled to get into my room. Many of the electrics did not function properly..
