the location worked well. it was near water taxi stops but away from tourist crowds. the continental breakfast was good. there was a great variety and was sufficient. the rooms were modern.
the safe did not work for me. the phone cord was loose. the area under the bed seemed dirty. i had to change rooms. then, in my second room, i got locked out because of a faulty lock.

the breakfast had a limited selection, but it was excellent considering the space available.. all items were served from a buffet. the lady serving coffee was excellent, and the desk staff was very helpful with information.
i found the scrambled eggs acceptable, but not particularly to my taste.

excellent location and responsive service
great locationresponsive servicefaulty air conditioning
the hotel is very close to vaporetto stops, restaurants, bars and shops. it is also very close to the accademia bridge. the service was very nice and responsive. breakfasts were basic but sufficient (especially the coffee!). we stayed for a few nights and were very happy with our choice.
the air conditioning did not work on the last day. the temperature was over 35 degrees that day. the hotel should clean the toilet seat better before providing the room to customers (it's a detail that makes a difference).

the hotel boasts a prime location near the accademia bridge, offering easy access to line 1 and 2 waterbus stops. there are many restaurants and shops around here, really convenient. it allows guests to explore the surrounding area with ease.

the hotel provides a courtyard (a very nice one, actually) to sit and relax, which adds a nice touch. the breakfast area is available each morning, offering a simple but sufficient selection. these amenities contribute to a comfortable stay.
