The staff was super nice and helpful. I found the breakfast had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the gluten-free options. The hotel organized connecting rooms. It was a very thoughtful touch. The location felt ideal! It was close to good food but farther from main tourist areas.
The shower was poor and small. I found the shower curtains kept sticking to my body

The hotel boasts an excellent position, giving guests a chance to experience a less touristy side of the city. It is conveniently close to everything with a peaceful retreat from the bustling crowds, yet within easy reach of all the major attractions.

The hotel staff were helpful. The arranged boat tour was a great way to explore. my room was well finished and the bed was comfy. the location was also convenient, near shops and restaurants.
the room was at the back on the first floor, which i didn't enjoy. the view was of a machinery room. there were occasional noises, i also found the bathroom quite narrow.

The hotel gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants with a handy map. The water taxi stop is a short walk from the hotel. It had only one set of stairs over a bridge. My room was super clean, and the air conditioner worked very well during the hot weather. I would certainly stay here again. I had a comfortable stay.
The shower was a little small, and the shower curtain stuck to me sometimes. This was a minor inconvenience.
