the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch. my room included toiletries, a robe, and slippers. i also found bottled water and a nespresso machine with pods and milk. the breakfast choice and quality were good. eggs were cooked to order.

the front desk staff was not super friendly. i found them to be not the most hospitable. the rooms looked a bit old. the rooms also had different themes.

the breakfast buffet included fresh orange juice. the hotel arranged a private water taxi to the airport for me. they handled restaurant reservations. the staff provided helpful information regarding local attractions.

the hotel is super close to piazzale roma, only about a 5 minute walk. i probably should have gotten a porter for the luggage, but honestly, that was the only tiny hiccup. the staff was amazing! they gave great advice for directions and restaurants, plus, they helped with taxi stuff, it was so helpful.

i noticed no bell boy was available to help with luggage. that was a bit inconvenient, especially with heavier bags.

The room service menu was quite limited, offering only a few basic options. i also found the pillows too soft. It would be beneficial to have a firmer pillow option available. the lack of variety and insufficient pillow support impacted the overall sleep quality.

the hotel had complimentary drinks in the garden when i arrived. breakfast was good. it probably was the best i've ever had. it had umbrellas available when it rained, so i did not get wet while i was out.

the rooms looked kinda old. the front desk was not super friendly. i think they could improve here. no one help me with my luggages.
