Tudor at the front desk was patient. He offered helpful recommendations regarding the local area. Our room was spacious and bright. It was comfortable.

underwhelming stay, some issues
bad room smell dated bedspread
the location was acceptable as it provided immediate access to water transport.
The room felt old and worn down. It had a bad smell. the bedspread was also gross and dated. i felt very uncomfortable in that environment and expected a much better experience.

small room uncomfortable bed
the location near the train station was acceptable since i had luggage to haul.
the room i got was shockingly small i seemed like i was in a dollhouse not a standard room it was difficult to move around and unpack my suitcase was essentially blocking the path the bed was so uncomfortable it seemed like sleeping on a lumpy sack of potatoes.

the location was acceptable since it was near the train station saving me from dragging my luggage far
i encountered some issues the first was noise my room faced the grand canal and it was loud it disrupted my sleep another thing the air conditioner made strange sounds i could not adjust it easily making the room uncomfortable
