the hotel featured a good garden, an unexpected surprise (i really appreciated this feature). my room was beautiful and spacious, also it was well appointed. the concierge helped coordinate my boat pick-up from the airport right to the hotel, so i was grateful.

the breakfast was not quite up to par with the rest of the hotel. while decent, i expected more given the high standard of the facility overall.

the hotel is located in a tranquil area, a short distance from the santa lucia train station and tre archi port. the archi water bus stop is near the hotel, it provides easy access to burano and other islands. it is convenient.

ignored servicelack of attention

i had a frustrating experience with the breakfast service no one offered me coffee while others were served i felt ignored especially since the staff seemed to prioritize other guests it created a negative start to my day the lack of attention was disheartening and made me feel unwelcome.
