The hotel's location is very convenient. It is a short walk to main attractions. The staff stored my luggage after checkout, which I appreciated. The room had a well-stocked mini bar. I also appreciated the dressing gowns and slippers.
I found some sockets were not near the coffee machine, so I moved them.

The hotel stands on the main street between important landmarks. Many people were taking photos on the nearby bridge. Everything is in walking distance from this hotel.

The location was undeniably superb. it provided very easy access to key attractions. the room was very clean and well-kept. Housekeeping did a very good job! the rooftop bar offered amazing views. service was efficient, with my room cleaned promptly each morning.
i found the reception staff a bit unfriendly. this impression might be a cultural difference though.

the hotel is conveniently situated near saint mark's square. it is also close to the rialto bridge. this central position makes it very easy to explore many popular landmarks. accessing various parts of the city was simple.

The location was great. I was just a few minutes' walk from San Marcos Square. The staff provided a free umbrella, which I appreciated. They also organized a trip to Murano and Burano. Breakfast had many choices.
The hotel policy included holding a preauthorization for more than 7 days. I still have an amount on hold on my credit card. The hotel does not answer emails. I do not understand holding a preauthorization longer than one week.
