i found the breakfast selection to be amazing it had everything i could want! the location of the hotel worked really well for me, it was close to everything. plus the staff were friendly, they made my stay so much better
I thought the gym was very basic, it really needs an update. my room got very hot and it seemed hard to control the temperature. It was difficult.

the location was convenient for accessing various attractions.
the room was quite dark with minimal natural light. it took about 20 minutes for hot water to come through in the shower, very annoying. also, the room lacked a proper desk and had insufficient storage space.

I loved the central location. It was easy to get around. the breakfast was definitely good, and there were many choices. the staff really were really nice, helpful and friendly. I really appreciate that! it.

Breakfast was amazing. It included fresh fruits, various breads, tasty pastries, meats and cheeses, i really enjoyed it! you can order eggs, too. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious.

The room felt spacious and was kept really clean, which i think is important. it featured a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. I slept great! the bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The hotel's location near rialto bridge and st mark's square made city exploration simple. This eliminated long commutes. my daughters enjoyed the proximity to renowned gelaterias. upon arrival, we received a complimentary prosecco bottle, and the hotel upgraded our room. Early check-in was beneficial.
the gym was basic and equipment seemed below expected standards.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. They were pretty good for my honeymoon. the front desk staff were warm and cute, ready to assist with any request i had. turn down treats were given nightly.

the location is near rialto bridge. a 10-minute walk from san marco. this allowed easy access. the hotel's central position meant easy walking to interesting places. i liked the accessibility.

I found the location convenient, close to the rialto bridge yet peaceful. arriving by boat directly to the hotel's entrance was a definite plus. the staff were very helpful. I found them always ready to assist with any questions.
The gym was quite basic. Some equipment seemed to be not up to par.

Breakfast included a wide array of choices, including cappuccino made to order. I appreciated the attention to detail. some tables offer canal views. I enjoyed watching gondolas glide by as i ate. the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel offers direct access by water taxi, a very convenient feature for arrival and departure. the hotel boasts an excellent location close to attractions. I found it easy to walk to many points of interest. the hotel is situated in a quiet area.

Our room was soundproofed. This was a very welcome feature. the bathroom was gorgeous. I really appreciated the large shower and good water pressure. robes and slippers were provided. This added a touch of luxury.
