I found the staff friendly, their communication was clear and helpful. Even providing a free room upgrade for my stay. breakfast had a delicious array of options. the hotel building itself had beautiful decor. its proximity to dorsoduro was very useful for seeing the area.

The breakfast impressed me with its wide selection of cheese, cured meats, and creamy baccala. the staff was very helpful. They greeted us at the water taxi dock and carried our bags. the rooms were super clean and spacious, with grand canal views from sizable windows.
i noticed that there were only stairs, and there was no elevator available. this proved challenging when carrying luggage to the upper floors.
