satisfactory stay
helpful staff convenient location good selection small elevator uncomfortable access limited tours
i found the staff helpful. the location is near the rialto bridge, it was convenient. breakfast had a good selection of foods.
the elevator seemed a little small to me. i found access to the room a bit uncomfortable, it felt cramped. the hotel offered tours only to murano and burano islands.

lacked view small elevator
The location was great with easy access via vaporetto.
Our room faced the back of the hotel, so it lacked any views, a significant disappointment. The elevator was also small and cramped. Getting to our room felt a little uncomfortable. I found the beds to be quite hard (I'm not sure if they are all like that).

the LOCATION was good. it was close to many things.
the room i had faced an inner courtyard. it was small. the bed WAS too firm for my liking and the pillows were flat, so i didn't sleep well.

tasty choices helpful staff small elevator inconvenient access
The breakfast buffet included tasty choices. Staff members were always friendly and helpful. I found the hotel very clean in all areas. The location near the Rialto bridge was great. The hotel felt tucked away in a quiet area beside the Grand Canal.
Some areas seemed pretty small. The elevator was a little uncomfortable. I also found access to our room slightly inconvenient.
