The staff was helpful, especially with directions. I booked a complimentary tour to Murano. It was very enjoyable. I found a sweet, little breakfast buffet. The view of the canal was nice.
The elevator was a bit slow, it caused minor delays.

The hotel stuck me in an annex building a short walk away. it certainly was not what i booked. breakfast was also not a highlight. Limited and, frankly, underwhelming. i expected more from a hotel in this price range. it seems some corners were cut, and the food service suffered for it.

the room had strong air conditioning. the front desk staff helped me with directions. the waterfront deck was nice for boat watching. i enjoyed the smaller size of this quaint hotel.
the transfer arranged by the hotel included a porter. i found this method less picturesque than a water taxi. i also felt it was more expensive.

I found the hotel very close to the train station. A water taxi airport transfer picked me up right from the hotel. The staff was very nice. They gave good recommendations for dinners.
The receptionist was very rude when I arrived at the hotel. She interrupted my speech and said 'hop hop give me your passport'. She treated my wife and me very badly. Our holiday did not go well because of her behavior.

The staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations, i found them helpful. the location offered a great balance. The lively riverfront was accessible, yet the immediate area provided calm.
my room was located on the ground floor, i did not like it. a small window was near the top, my phone reception suffered, and i felt confined, like in a grave.

i had a classic double room it was clean the bed was comfortable there were fresh towels daily breakfast was very good with lots of choices i took a complimentary trip to a glass factory in murano it was really interesting. the staff was friendly and professional they helped arrange a water taxi to the airport the breakfast room had a great view.
the rooms were small and a bit cluttered there was hardly any room to put my luggage

the staffs are excellent and very helpful for seeing sights. they gave great recommendations for restaurants. the room was very nice and cleaned well. i slept great because the bed was comfortable. breakfast was also excellent, a great start to the day.
shower kept leaking badly onto the bathroom floor. it requires some minor work done.
