The location was quite convenient. it was a short walk to many key attractions. the staff were very helpful with travel arrangements and restaurant recommendations. the bar's bellini was especially noteworthy. It was perhaps the best i had during my trip.

The room i had showed some signs of needing a more thorough cleaning. specifically, the surfaces were noticeably dusty. the overhead shower head was unusable because of mineral buildup. It needs replacing. the tv was an older model. I could not use the cast function as the app referenced is no longer supported.

excellent location canal view helpful staff small room loud music noisy environment

the location is excellent it is a short walk to piazza san marco and rialto bridge. we had views of the canal below gondolas passed by. the staff were friendly and helpful they assisted with any request. breakfast was tasty it was great value for money.

the hotel gave me a small disabled room it was on the ground floor. the room was next to the bar loud music played all day. it was very noisy outside every day starting before 7am lasting for an hour.

the hotel had a great location near the main attractions. breakfast offered many options. I liked the attentive service with luggage assistance and the readily available directions for navigating to local points of interest. it WAS very convenient.

the room lacked soundproofing, so noise from the hallway was easily audible.

Really good Stay near San Marco

convenient location major attractions gondola stand easy arrival

The hotel's location is really convenient. I found it a short walk to major attractions. Restaurants and shops surround the hotel. A gondola stand is right outside the door, very convenient. I also appreciated the water entrance. It made arrival easy.

The room temperature was a little too warm for me, though my husband felt comfortable.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

shower design morning noise

The air conditioning worked well. This was a welcome relief given the time of year.

The shower was a mess. The design meant water went everywhere, totally soaking the floor. the noise early in the morning was pretty bad. I heard garbage trucks right outside the window around 7 AM every day. It was not a relaxing sound at all.

the canal view from my room was quite nice. i saw gondolas passing by all day. the location was a short walk to rialto and san marco, it was very convenient. the bathroom was a good size, a definite plus.

the beds were hard, i didn't sleep very well. the garbage collection outside my window started early. it woke me up around 7am every morning. the breakfast selection was quite limited and nothing special, i found.
