i found the breakfast served all day till 6 pm was excellent. the staff were always smiling and ready to help (especially sak, kwan, sai, sal, o, noi, chai!).
Our room felt dated, needing an update. tiles around the pool seemed worn. Some needed replacing (it wasn't the best look).

Really good Stay

beautiful gardensfresh optionshelpful staffcoffee taste
I spent three nights in a pool residence. The hotel grounds feature beautiful gardens with abundant vegetation. The breakfast offered many fresh options including fruits and local dishes. Staff were helpful and quick to address any questions I had.
I noticed that the coffee tasted like it came from a pod machine. A trained barista or a better coffee machine could improve the quality. The taste was not consistent with the high standards set by the rest of the hotel.
Dining
9/10
The thai restaurant named 'Edge' provided delicious options for lunch and dinner. Breakfast service offers flexibility and freshly prepared choices. The presentation and quality of the food met high standards.
Service
10/10
The hotel provides a very good service. All staff members are attentive and proactive. I received help with any query. The team seemed to anticipate my needs.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel includes a private white sand beach that is very picturesque. The pool area has comfortable loungers and shaded sections. I had access to complimentary bikes to explore the nearby area.
Location
10/10
The setting offers a beautiful tranquil environment. There are many local places to eat near the beach. The resort provides an atmosphere of peace and serenity close to nature.

the restaurants offered clean and staffed environments plus many food options. the team covered all the details of our excursions and provided recommendations for things to do near the hotel. i won't forget kuhn noo-na describing sparkling wine as 'holiday juice'. excursions to the similan islands, the elephant sanctuary, and a cooking lesson with chef gogh were nice.
it encouraged us to eat and drink elsewhere.
