The room was cleaned daily and met my expectations for cleanliness.

The check-in seemed like a military operation. It was full of rules. They asked us to report anyone smoking. This felt a bit much. I was on vacation, after all. The hotel is also somewhat isolated and charges extra to take you to busier areas, annoying. I wish it were within walking distance of more places.

travelled with my family the rooms in the family suite with pool access were convenient there were separate rooms the staff were excellent taxis were always available out front and a couple of shuttles made transportation easy. i could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops the food was good.

the check-in experience was a bit like a military operation there were many rules and dos and don'ts.

The hotel has multiple pools. They are great for families or adults. I appreciated the short walk into town by beach or road. Taxis are available for 150 baht if you do not want to walk.

I found that some of the staff seemed rude. I noticed the hotel charged adult prices for my children even though children under 12 should be half price. On the first day, I ordered satay chicken, and it came out raw.
