my sea-facing twin room had really good views of the bay and pier, a magnificent sight. the owners were cute and helpful . the room was super clean, with fresh tea, coffee, and biscuits provided daily.
on arrival, i found that my keys had been left in the porch, and no staff were available until later. it would have been preferable to have someone present to assist with check-in.

the hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the promenade and pier. it required minimal walking to access everything. i enjoyed beautiful views of the bay and the Ormes from this spot.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it provided great value for the price and was cooked well. the service was fast and efficient, with hot food served promptly. the hotel owners made considerable effort in refurbishing the place.

the owners were friendly. the receptionist offered to keep my luggage safe. it helped me enjoy my walk across the beach. i highly recommend it if you need luggage storage after checkout.

I appreciated the very helpful manager. He greeted me and helped with my luggage both upon arrival and departure. I found the bathroom super clean and the toilet self-cleaned after each use.
The breakfast did not quite meet my expectations given the price.

i stayed there recently and everything was great! i got a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. the staff was lovely. the room had everything i needed, and the location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the bar area closed early, limiting options for evening relaxation.
