wonderful location and amazing breakfast!

I loved the location near the pier. the room was large, and the bath was a bonus. I had a lovely view of the sea. sandra, our host, was very friendly and gave us good tips for a walk back from west shore beach, ending at the kings head pub with its fab beer garden.

despite smoking not being permitted in the hotel, the corridors had a slight smell of stale smoke.

The host was cute and very friendly. I found the room to be larger than expected, with everything I needed. The bathroom was very modern and featured a great bath.

The location proved a bit too noisy for me. I would have preferred a quieter setting.

the cooked breakfast tasted very good and arrived quickly.

The corridors smelled of stale smoke despite the hotel not permitting smoking. peeling wallpaper and no mattress protector detracted from the bedroom. the windows did not stay open independently. Drawers propped open the sash windows upon arrival.

The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. The room offered generous space and a fantastic sea view I found Andy and Sandra to be perfect hosts attentive and helpful. The breakfast provided was lovely worth the money

The parking is restricted outside from 10am until 5pm the next day
