a decent experience

lovely room delicious breakfast wonderful staff faulty door uncomfortable mattress bright light

the room was very lovely. the breakfast was delicious i think. the staffs were wonderful, it seemed.

the bathroom door don't have a door handle but just a slide door bar lock. it didn't lock properly, i noticed. the mattress was worn and uncomfortable all night though. outside the room is a very bright council light. it shined in bight white light nto the bedroom all night.

The staff were efficient and very helpful. The food was amazing with a full English breakfast offered every morning. There were multiple options for the three-course meal each evening. The location is right across from the pier.

The bar closed quite early.

friendly staff delicious breakfast

the staff were friendly. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the location was close to the beach and shops. i liked sitting in the bay windows in the bar area.

the guest areas upstairs need attention. i saw dirty carpets.

helpful staff easy access powerful shower

i found the staff quite helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the location suited my needs well with easy access to nearby attractions. i had a good experience with the hot, powerful shower in the bathroom, a plus after a day of exploring.

the room i had could use some updating. the furniture looked a bit basic and dated.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was great and offered lots of choices. the hotel's location was great, right across from the pier.
