The staff provided a warm welcome and were attentive. Our rooms were clean, and the beds felt comfortable. The location offers easy access to the tram, a definite plus. I also found parking nearby, VERY convenient.

The hotel is near the Pleasure Beach in a quieter area. The staff was friendly. The hotel currently has updates! When finished, it will be nice. The room was quiet.

The door did not lock on the inside! There was no safe for storing valuables when we left the room.

The double room included a television, a kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities. The room featured fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom. It also had blackout curtains that are very useful to take a nap.

Harrow Place tram stop is right across from the hotel. It is easy to get to the town center using the tram. The staff was helpful with directions. I was pleased to discover this public transit access.

The family room included three interconnected rooms, two doubles and one single. the room was spacious and very clean. coffee and tea facilities were useful additions. shampoo and body wash were also provided. I really appreciated that.

Unfortunately, the window in my room was broken. It was very cold during the night. this made the room quite uncomfortable. i hope they fix it soon.
