The staff provided excellent support. They checked me in with a friendly demeanour and a big smile. my family room had a wonderful sea view. it was convenient to stay overnight, as i came to watch the light switch.
the toilet felt loose. it also leaned slightly to one side.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. even though they seemed a bit short-handed (i felt for them!), they still were very good too was great. the entertainment for the kids was a big hit. they got everyone involved in the evening activities.
the communal areas could use a little modernization, but it honestly didn't bother us much.

the room was clean and modern and had everything we needed for our short break. the decor felt fresh, and the shower had really great water pressure, always a plus. it was a comfortable space for our family.

The manager was great. They were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful (always smiling!). the staff were really nice and accommodating. their positive attitude made a real difference.

i didn't have many meals at the hotel (beyond breakfast). the coffee was consistently hot and strong, just how i like it. fresh fruit was available every morning at the breakfast buffet.

the hotel is in a really convenient spot, and it was easy to find. we were able to walk to all the main attractions without any hassle. being so central made exploring much easier.

it was a nice surprise to have bingo and karaoke available right in the hotel (the kids loved it!). the hotel offered convenient parking, ample and easy to access. this made coming and going stress-free.

the staff were very friendly upon arrival. the family room with a sea view was a delight. the room was also clean and tidy, which i always appreciate. i found the location to be very convenient.
The hotel did not open its doors until late afternoon. I had to wait.

The staff were friendly and helpful! the location is great, we were near everything. We could easily walk to the attractions. the hotel and my quadruple room shower were clean.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway, it dissipated quickly though.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly . The location was perfect. Everything I needed was within easy reach. The disco and karaoke rooms were clean and well kept. My room was also very clean, (which I always appreciate!).
The carpets are a little worn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Everything was in good working order. I found the hotel's location great. I was right across from the beach!
The blinds in the room did not fit the window. They let in so much light. It wasn't good with all the flashing lights outside. The walls seemed very thin. I could hear everyone coming upstairs. Doors were slamming shut at early hours of the morning.
