Wonderful Hotel Stay!

I enjoyed the spacious room a lot. It was perfect. The staff was really friendly plus very helpful. The sea view was wonderful. The room was also beautiful. I really appreciated the staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel displays some maintenance issues, like lights not working.

I was greeted warmly at reception. my room included fresh towels, and the bedding was clean. the entertainment was pretty good. I enjoyed the evening show. i also found the location convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

the staff were friendly. the food was lovely and served quickly (i really enjoyed the breakfast). entertainment included bingo and shows, great for a relaxing evening in. our all-inclusive stay included a complimentary pass for trams and buses, a real bonus.

the hotel has very few disabled facilities.
