The room faced the promenade, with a comfortable bed and complete cleanliness. the hosts are a lovely couple. They did everything to help (especially with parking!). i would certainly return on my next visit. breakfast was excellent. I had a full english.

the en suite was tiny with a sliding door, so there was not very much privacy.

netflix is available in the living room. a parking permit was provided for my use. there is constant hot water. i was able to adjust the room temperature as needed.

the hotel is opposite the pier. it is close to shops (very practical!). the hotel has a good location for the tram station. bus tours are easily accessible from this location.

breakfast had plenty of choice including cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and croissants. i could get a full english breakfast, or any part of it. there was an abundance of tea, coffee and fruit juice.

the room was warm and light. the room was also clean and quite spacious (it had enough space). constant hot water was always available. there was superb value for money.

The bathroom sink was small. I struggled to brush my teeth without making a mess. there was also a unit above the sink, i nearly hit my head on it. the shower was coming off the wall, that was not good

Julia and paul were great hosts. They were kindness itself. the location is perfect, super close to the pier and shops. my room smelled divine and was super clean. breakfast was awesome. I loved all the choices (especially the fruit!).

The shower in my room was a little small. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

uncomfortable bedsliding door

I was somewhat disappointed. the bed wasn't comfortable, so i didn't sleep well. the en suite was tiny. It only had a sliding door. i think a hinged door would have been better.
