Wonderful Hotel Experience!

friendly staff early check

The staff was very helpful. They let me check in early, provided a late check-out, and stored my luggage after I checked out while I had lunch at their restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. They definitely was really good!!!

I found it difficult to adjust the heating in the room. The temperature was set to a very cold setting. It would be great to have more control over the room's climate.

fantastic hotel, great location!

central location great service restaurant discounts included deckchairs

the hotel is in a central spot. it made getting around easy! the staff offered great service. they gave discounts at two restaurants nearby, a nice perk. two deckchairs were included! i used them every day.

The walls were a little thin. I could hear some noise from outside.

awful shower curtain skipped cleaning

The pictures online looked amazing. the real room i got, a beautiful king room, wasn't nearly as nice. there was an awful shower curtain, not glass. also, they skipped cleaning my room one day. I returned to find it untouched. so disappointing. It really lowered my impression of the place.

The location is excellent, directly across from the beach and near various shops and restaurants. Beach chairs are included and add convenience to the stay. I found the staff really nice and accommodating to my needs. The hotel gave me a coupon for a restaurant discount, a nice bonus.

the location was amazing, really. the hotel offered a discount coupon to use in the restaurant. beach towels AND water bottles was also provided every day.

the charge upon arrival was unclear, i think. an additional fee was explained in a way that left me confused. the person i spoke with responded with a dismissive attitude, so i felt uneasy.
