helpful staff breakfast selection

the staff was friendly AND helpful. the breakfast selection was AMAZING, so much variety to choose from. I also REALLY liked that the location allowed for an easy walk into the centre.

the dispensers for toiletries were attached to the wall and not available on the bath itself.

a few snags mar the experience

mediocre lunch room cleanliness

the rooms had ample space, i suppose.

I found the food wasn't what i'd expect from a place claiming five stars. I didn't even see french fries one night. also, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, and the lunch options at the pool needed improvement. it seemed quite mediocre.

nice pool calm day wall dispenser open setting

the pool area was nice. the staff at the pool bar were very helpful. all hotel staff were helpful too.

the dispensers were attached to the wall, so there were no toiletries available for the bath itself. the breakfast setting felt very open and uncomfortable. this did not resemble a five-star hotel setting.
