Excellent Stay with Beautiful Views

sea view cozy atmosphere ample space

My room was a lovely sea view room. It was warm and had such a cozy atmosphere. I found a good selection of channels on the TV. The tea and coffee facilities provided were suitable. I had ample space to hang my clothes, and the bed was very comfy for a good night's sleep.

My room could have been a bit cleaner, particularly regarding dust on the furniture and in hard-to-reach areas.

The breakfast had fresh ingredients and a good range of options. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast. The dining room was excellent and had a lot of class. The service was friendly and efficient during breakfast.

the staff seemed friendly enough, i guess.

My room felt straight out of a time capsule, not in a good way. Dark blue wood chip wallpaper was peeling, and a random piece of wood was screwed to the wall so awkwardly, it just screamed 'we gave up', talk about depressing decor.

The location was good. on-street parking was limited. i paid £12 to park on some rough ground overnight. It was convenient.

the furniture was a mishmash. the furniture was clearly in better repair than others. breakfast was well prepared, but the quality was lacking

the hotel room was in excellent condition. i had room 28 on the third floor. it offered scenic views from the side and front. the location is close to the beach and the town.

the room was quite basic for the price. upgrading would be good, but the room was clean.

friendly staff ideal location poor signposting difficult parking

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is ideal for walks along the beach, AND Exeter is easy to reach by train. the hotel maintained clean and well condition, i liked it.

the hotel appear dated and a little worn. finding the parking was DIFFICULT, and accessing the hotel from the rear was also problematic due to poor signposting.
