the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby amenities.
The room was not clean, i found a lot of dust on surfaces. the bathroom was small. Only one person could comfortably fit inside. the shower had fluctuating temperatures, it was hard to maintain a consistent water temperature.

the breakfast selection was really good. the location is a short walk to the waterways. the staff were nice and the room was clean.
The shower leaked a lot, soaking the surrounding area. there were hairs in the bath that were not mine. the rooms were noisy. I could clearly hear conversations from the next room.

the location was advantageous it was close to local attractions. the breakfast was enjoyable and provided a satisfactory start to the day. the staff demonstrated helpfulness with directions and local information i appreciated that.
the shower was quite small it made movement difficult. the room lacked soundproofing i could hear noises from other guests and the hallway. the towels were somewhat thin and could have been plusher.

The location was convenient and close to the main town centre. on-site car parking was a bonus. the evening menu was very good and reasonably priced. breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of a full english and vegetarian options. It was always served hot!!!
there was no one to greet us on arrival for quite some time. the young girl finally was. i asked her if she worked there and her response was "yes, why? ".

I stayed in a double roomwith recently been redecorated. Free parking WAS very convenient, located right at the hotel. The staff demonstrated friendliness and were helpful with directions.
the carpet in the hallway showed some wear.
