The staff was very helpful. The location was good. the breakfast had many options and good quality. the hotel was very clean. All staff were lovely and helpful. i loved the complimentary biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets.

i noticed the car park was small. it seemed not big enough for many cars.

a little haven by the sea

secret garden friendly service

i found joy in the secret garden and the soothing hot tub. nadine gave me a wonderful massage, which i thoroughly enjoyed. the food at the three chimneys was very nice, jessie created lovely cocktails, and brett gave a wonderful performance. everyone was cute and friendly, and the room was cosy.

during my stay, i noticed the bedside tables were not clean and felt sticky. i saw something unpleasant in the sink. the shower room seemed a bit small for holding three people's toiletries, and i feel it should always be ensured that whatever is on offer for breakfast is available no matter what time you come down.

i appreciated the helpful reception staff. the staff addressed every request promptly. our gold room offered ample space plus spa shower. lovely linens and towels.

The noisy guests in the adjacent room disturbed our sleep. They played loud music late at night.

The room was very clean. The staff was lovely and helpful (always smiling!).

The hotel has confusing stairs, which makes it hard to reach the room.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The on-site American smokehouse restaurant was so good, and I thought breakfast was the best buffet I have had in a hotel. I thought the location was good, especially with the beach nearby.

The walls felt very thin, and I did hear some noise from other rooms.
