The hotel's location impressed me greatly! I found it near a popular pub chain and various shops. I especially liked its proximity to the riverfront. The staff was very helpful with all my requests. I had a room with practical lighting above the mirrors and a USB port beside the bed.

The nightclub nearby was noisy, even with earplugs and the window closed.

The staff was really helpful with directions to nearby parking, that was across the river! They also helped with a late check-in. The room was clean, and I found the bed to be comfortable. I also appreciated the breakfast, it had good options. It was nice to choose exactly what I wanted.

The shower had temperature issues, either too hot or too cold.
