Acceptable stay in a beautiful hotel
lovely staffgood food selectionbeautiful locationsmall roomdated bathroomfull car park
The staff was really lovely. They were kind and helpful with all requests. Breakfast included a good selection of food. I enjoyed the location near the beach.
I thought the room was a bit small. The bathroom seemed dated with a shower curtain. I could not always park in the hotel car park.
The suite I had was comfortable. It was also clean and spacious. I enjoyed a beautiful sea view from my roomy balcony. Refurbishment within the hotel looked fabulous. Staff members were professional and tried to ensure my stay was comfortable.
I noticed some paint falling off the walls. The window sills in the bar area looked dusty.

I had a superior double room and the space was excellent. breakfast was good. It had a lot of options. i found the staff friendly. they were always ready to help.
The pool was closed. I wanted to use it. the carpets upstairs looked worn. i noticed the decor seemed dated.
I find the location convenient. I like the friendly, cute atmosphere. The sea views looked spacious. Staff are attentive and provide great service.
Radiator thermostat don't work. I found window frames disfunctional in places. The main bar seems poorly stocked. Breakfast was a real disappointment.

I had reserved an Executive Double Room with a sea view. I was given a large room. The window was quite small, and heavy condensation made it difficult to see out. The curtains were falling off the wall and looked very tired. It was certainly not what I saw on the website and not worth the money.
