Amazing Stay with Really good Service!

The hotel was clean and organized, amazing location for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions! My room had amazing views of the castle, I liked the pillows too. They were just the right size and texture! The staff was lovely and responsive, especially Gokan, who was always helpful and professional. the hotel manager, Can, resolved any concerns within minutes and even offered a room upgrade!

The internet connection was a bit unstable at times, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel offered free access to a private pool and beach, also, the room included a fridge and a safe. That was very convenient! The arrangement for transport from the airport was very effective.

The hotel is in a great location near the main bar strip and just a short walk to the beach! It was easy to get to farmers' markets, museums, the port, and shops. Made exploring very convenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with everything I needed. They constantly looked after me! Can, the hotel manager, contacted me before arrival to ensure everything was perfect.

the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell during my entire stay it was quite unpleasant the faucet was loose and seemed like it would fall off i also noticed that the sink counter was close to coming apart the hotel clearly needs more care.

The bathroom faucet was loose. It almost fell off, and the sink counter was coming apart throughout the stay, repairs were needed and were never addressed.
