the location was very good. i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. the staff were pleasant. i received a king suite as a free upgrade from a petit room. this was a nice surprise.

one of the two elevators was not working. there were long waits to use the other elevator. i was not able to use it. the room was small.

we stayed for five nights. the location is great, near lincoln road and the beach. a free drink coupon at the bar was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the housekeeping staff were amazing every day

the wi-fi in the room wasn't great, but mark helped and was very attentive.

The location was useful to visit the beach and certain stores close to there.

The bathroom I had was far too small. one of the two elevators wasn't working those days. They should repair those problems as soon as possible, I think. I was a little disappointed with those issues.

The location proved convenient. Shops and amenities were nearby.

the absence of this amenity was a considerable disappointment. the room also lacked a bath plug, and the noise levels were high due to thin walls.
