perfect locationrooftop poolnice view
the location was perfect! it was so easy to walk to the beach and explore nearby restaurants. the complimentary prosecco at check-in was a lovely touch and i greatly enjoyed it. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape with nice views.
The music from the nearby bar was a bit loud at night. Though i could still fall asleep, other light sleepers might find it disruptive.

the hotel sits conveniently just behind the versace mansion and very near ocean drive! it makes accessing the beach easy, requiring only a short walk. several restaurants and bars are within easy reach.

the staff had great attitudes. the room was clean upon arrival. i found the location great and everything felt close. the complimentary beach chairs were very personable. i will return annually!!!
the hallways were covered in buckets. ceiling tiles were hanging down in the corridors. the building needs a lot of investment, it is very tired!!!

i thought the hotel was very clean. i finded the service was attentive and quick. they provided beach chairs and towels . the rooftop pool are lovely and offered nice views.
my room had no mini fridge. the valet parking fee felt expensive. there was some street noise at night. the bathroom in my room were small and cramped.

I enjoyed the complimentary champagne upon check-in. The staff was very cute. I received two water bottles daily, and ice was delivered to my room. The complementary chairs and towels at the beach on 10th Street were useful.
The lighting in the room was quite dim, even with all the lights on.

The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The pool guys were excellent. They were sweet and kind. The beach staff, Richard and Alexander, were amazing and helpful. They were always smiling. Tina allowed a late check-out.
