dated fixtures shower design
The room I got was not what I expected. It felt quite dated, and some fixtures showed wear. The bathroom had a strange shower design. Water ended up all over the floor. This seems like a problem that should be addressed, but the staff didn't seem too concerned (odd considering the water damage risk!).

rooftop pool charming touch ideal location peak hour
The rooftop pool area was great. it had plenty of seating. the staff offered complimentary wine during happy hour, a very charming touch. i found the location ideal. It was close to the beach and other attractions.
i did notice that the complimentary coffee stand could get a bit crowded during peak hours.

Monica, Hussien, and Rene deliver attentive customer service. I asked for microwave and the hotel delivered it quickly. The washrooms near the pool deck appear very clean. The roof top pool provides relaxing escape. The hotel is near main beach, about 5 minute walk. Rooms have walkout balcony.

There are two pools, one quieter pool on ground level and another lively rooftop pool. Beach towels, bags, and umbrellas are available for guest use. Free coffee and wine appear at certain times during the day.

the hotel's location proved convenient , situated a short distance from essential spots. i found the staff helpful in addressing my requests. the complimentary tea and coffee available until 10 am was a nice touch , as was the wine from 4-5 pm daily. i appreciated the availability of beach towels and a beach bag.
during my stay , i noticed limited seating at the rooftop pool. arriving early is necessary to secure a spot. this affected my ability to relax fully. more seating would enhance the experience.

helpful staff excellent views convenient location
i visited earlier this year and the staff was helpful. the rooftop pool had excellent views and a nice bar area. the location was convenient.
The pillows were too soft for me. also there was not much to do when it rained. I would have liked some indoor activities.
