The staff responded quickly to any requests I had . Christie and Scott at the front desk were particularly helpful and hospitable. The location is fantastic and close to many attractions.

The rooms lacked intentional design elements, appearing somewhat bare. I found that room service requests were not addressed.

The gym has a good variety of equipment. It includes treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area features a shaded section. It also offers twenty loungers. I enjoyed the close proximity to many stores. Restaurants were easily accessible nearby.

The room had a window with a short blind. Light entered early each morning.

Charming Stay Near the Beach

Marcia provided a smooth check-in for our large group. The hotel's location offered easy access to destinations and the beach. The hotel has a private beach close to the 1 Hotel (it is literally across the street). The room was spacious, clean, and bright, a real plus.

I didn't like that no one ever told me that I would get charged if I didn't return the towel card (a small detail, but important to note). I sure did get charged for it when I forgot to return it. It feels unfair to slam someone with a hidden fee without a warning.
