a mixed bag of experiences
demagnetized keyssubpar breakfast
The room keys were a constant source of frustration. They demagnetized incessantly. i went to the front desk repeatedly, only to have the newly programmed keys fail again upon reaching my floor. also, the breakfast was subpar, barely edible after a few days. The scrambled eggs were the same every morning. they weren't keen on cleaning tables or providing cutlery.

The staff was helpful! They provided beach chairs and towels for our trips to the beach which is a block away. I enjoyed the free happy hour. The choice was limited to four spirits, but it was a nice perk. The restaurant attached to the hotel served delicious food!
The room was not soundproof, so I could hear hallway noise!

The hotel features a restaurant and a bar! I saw it was always busy, so I think a lot of people liked it! Breakfast offered standard american options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and potatoes.

The rooftop had a patio! I could see a nice pool there! Beach access is convenient, only a block away. The hotel lent us beach chairs and beach towels, made going to the beach easy and comfortable!

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area! The beach is very close. It took less than 100 meters to reach it. A Citi-Bike-Miami docking station is only two blocks from the hotel, perfect for exploring the area!

The location is great as it is close to the beach. the hotel also has a restaurant. they offer fresh cucumber water in the lobby. This was nice after a day out.
the water pressure in the shower was low. i informed the staff, but nothing was done. breakfast was disappointing with a limited selection. coffee was not included and was overpriced.

i found the front desk staff very helpful (especially when i needed directions). the hotel's location near the beach made it easy to take morning walks. the superior double queen room was spacious. it was very clean.
the thermostat was a little difficult to adjust.
