The location was close to public transport and various amenities. I found the room to be clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection.
I noticed the room needed updating. The wooden floor was coming up in places. The bathroom floor flooded after one minute in the shower I stopped showering to allow the water to go down.

Uneven Experience, Some Issues Noticed

The room had some issues. The air conditioning MADE a LOUD noise on setting 2. There WASN'T tea or coffee provided daily. Just on arrival. I expected MORE in a 4-star hotel.

the location is excellent near the train station with bars, restaurants, and shops. room cleaning with fresh towels happened every day. shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, it saved packing space. the rooftop bar had fine views. the staff were happy to help from reception to housekeeping and chefs to bar staff.
the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. it was not very comfortable. one bed creaked a lot and the other was too soft, not the standard i would expect.

i found the location quite central it made getting around simple the staff i met were genuinely helpful especially at reception the shower was a highlight it had great water pressure and temperature was consistent
the walls felt very thin i could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway the cleaning felt rushed the room was not as super clean as i expect the evening dining was sometimes a bit chaotic it seemed understaffed at peak hours
