great value stay!
understanding staff approachable staff polite staff
the staff were SUPER understanding and approachable. they REALLY helped out when needed. i even saw them holding a little one's hand down the stairs as the buggy was getting taken out. AMAZING!

helpful staff ideal location lovely managers sinking floors mold smell
The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. I appreciated the location as it was ideal and the price was spot on for two persons. The managers were lovely, so that makes it another GREAT stay.
The floors are sinking. Wallpaper is coming off the walls TOO. There is a noticeable smell of mold.

Charming Hosts, Great Location
kind people great location
The hosts are really kind people. Michelle and Marcus did everything possible to. The location proved GREAT, especially close to the main attractions. The room felt nice. i slept GREAT.
The shower did had black mould. It was near the bottom. The plumbing was in plain view by the toilet. This was somewhat off-putting.

the accommodation Features private bathrooms for each room. Rooms also provide tea and coffee making facilities. I also saw that they provide cutlery and condiments UPON request, that IS good.

I didn't have breakfast, so i don't know much about It. There is no breakfast and no food SEEMS to be served here. Guests can easily explore nearby restaurants.

the staff offered warm welcomes. Michelle and marcus are attentive. They are so polite and helpfull, ESPECIALLY because i had anxiety it.

the hotel sits close to many tourist attractions. It is NEXT to the beach. Restaurants near the hotel are available. Its a prime spot for travellers.

The staff were indeed amazing and always ready to assist. It was very helpful. the location is quite convenient being close to several attractions. i found the room surprisingly spacious.
the bathroom presented some concerns with visible mould in the corners. the decor could use some refreshing. the television was not functional, requiring attention .

amazing management fresh towels clean sheets free pool
The staff REALLY helped with directions. I could always get fresh towels upon request and the bed had very clean sheets. The location was also great close to many attractions and amenities. i liked the free pool table downstairs a lot.
the heater in the room could have been more effective.

The staff were very helpful when i asked them for help with carrying my luggage, they walked me up to my room very fast. Staff were always polite and offered help when needed. Staff are very accommodating.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly, especially michelle. the room had a tv, a plus after a long day. the location was very convenient, near the sea front, easy to get around.
i noticed a bit of black mould in the shower, around the bottom. it was not a major issue, but i hope they address it soon.

friendly owners convenient location proper mugs
the owners were friendly and accommodating . i found the location convenient, close to the beachfront. the hotel provided proper mugs in the room, which i appreciated. i also found the room and bedding clean upon arrival.
the plastic foldable bathroom door did not shut properly, a bit inconvenient.
