The location worked well. It was directly across from Southern Cross station. The bed felt comfortable. Usual facilities were in the room like tea and coffee.

quick access major tram nearby station friendly service
The location offered quick access to major tram routes. Southern Cross Station was also nearby. The room was clean, which I appreciate. The staff provided friendly service .
The room felt very small for the price I paid.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The location provides excellent access to transport and nearby amenities. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, very convenient.
The happy hour advertised cocktail prices were not honored, causing some inconvenience at the bar.
