The location was great for public transport access. It is close to Southern Cross Station. I found it easy to commute to and from the airport utilizing the Skybus service. Extra blankets were available, a nice touch. The check-in process was smooth.
I noticed some slight rust and mould in the bathroom. It could use some updating to improve the overall experience.

The standard queen room met my basic needs. It was reasonably tidy upon arrival. The room provided essential facilities. I found it adequate for a short stay. A mini fridge was available, convenient.

Staff were helpful. They gave accurate directions when I asked. Check-in and check-out were both easy and efficient. The female staff I encountered were amazing and so helpful with any questions.

I thought the breakfast was fine. I especially liked the perfectly poached eggs. The coffee was also good, a great start to the day. There are several good restaurants and cafes located nearby THE hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Southern Cross station. This made getting to the airport very easy with the Skybus service. The staff at the front desk were helpful, answering all my questions.
My room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea were provided. The bed was very firm, like sleeping on a hard surface (which I personally did not enjoy). The blanket was also somewhat itchy.

The location offered convenient access to transport and attractions. It was a short walk to Southern Cross Station and tram lines. The room was clean. I also found the breakfast affordable with plenty of food. The staff were lovely and helpful. They even located an item I had left behind, which i appreciated.
The fridge in my room made a lot of noise. I couldn't reach the plug to turn it off though.

Reception staff offered really good service. They went out of their way to help. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. That was even during busy periods. i hope management acknowledges their fantastic service.

Breakfast is available at a reasonable price with friendly staff present. The meals are reasonably priced, it is good value. The dining room was quite pleasant, a calm setting.

The first room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. It. The TV was in a bad spot, and the bracket seemed loose. The heater made so much noise all night, annoying.

the location was superb for using public transport. i found riverside restaurants easily accessible too. staff stored my bags after checkout allowing me to explore more of the city. i thought the staff was friendly and helpful (i even got a few good tips for local cafes!).
the towel bars were a bit far from the shower. it required a small shuffle across the bathmat to dry off.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast at the hotel for $10. it included pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast and juice. This was a pretty good deal. the coffee was good too.

the hotel is close to many amenities, including public transport. my room had a nice view of spencer street, a bonus. quality linen was provided in the room (a nice touch).

the reception staff were great, especially with late arrivals from airport and country trains. the housekeeping staff were also commendable. i had a smooth early check-in, they prepared my room when i arrived earlier.
