rude staff member long waiting
Parking was easy since it was right next door. It also had reasonable prices.
The staff member at the front desk acted rudely. He did not care when I asked to have our beds split. I requested this a week prior to arrival. It took over three hours, a visit to the front desk, and two phone calls for someone to split the beds, and by that point, we had done it ourselves

convenient location quiet room varied breakfast
the hotel's location near flinders station was very convenient. the room was quiet and clean! it made traveling around the city easy for three days. the breakfast selection had plenty of options!

Fantastic location and historic charm!
spacious room stocked bar convenient tram evident history
The room was spacious. It included a stocked bar fridge. The included cocktails at Ms Ava's bar was nice (try the margaritas!). The hotel offered great access to the Circle Tram with a stop just across the street. It was convenient to Bourke Street Mall. It's a short walk. I found discounted parking right next door to the hotel. The history was evident in the halls (I loved the architecture!).
I had some minor trouble locating the correct lift upon arrival, but I quickly sorted it out.

The hotel enjoys a central position. It's close to Flinders Street Station. The main restaurant, shopping, and bar streets are a short walk. Southbank walkway and Federation Square are easily accessible from the hotel.

I found the location super convenient for getting around. The bed was indeed comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities provided met all my needs. Everything was in good working order.
