the location was excellent. it was very close to everything. i appreciated the plentiful supply of hot water and the great water pressure in my room, must haves after a busy day. the room was also clean and functional.
wrangling with the keycard system was my biggest issue. the single serve milk cartons were not replaced every day. the remote control did not work, it took two visits to get one that did

rude staffuseless remote
the staff REALLY dropped the ball. during check-in, the employee acted like i was bothering her with my presence. she informed everyone in the vicinity that she would scrutinize my room at 10am since i used contactless payment for my deposit. she implied i was somehow a criminal because i prefer not using a physical card. oh, and the remote? useless. two visits before they found one that actually worked.

the location is great. it is close to transport and within the cbd. the room is REALLY spacious and clean.
single serve milk cartons and instant coffee were not replaced everyday it was ANNOYING.
