Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
convenient location unreplenished tea supplies
The location was quite convenient for getting around.
The room service was NOT thorough. I noticed that the coffee and tea supplies were not replenished after the first day. This detail felt overlooked given the hotel's supposed standards.

lovely smell clean lifts helpful staff filthy windows missing toothbrushes bizarre tv
The room had a lovely smell. It was perfect. the lifts were also lovely and clean. the staff were polite, and they were very helpful.
The pool windows were filthy. I couldn't see the view while swimming. the room didn't have toothbrushes. I had to request them. i couldn't connect my phone to the tv. It was bizarre.

FANTASTIC Stay!
amazing bed excellent staff ideal location
I found the beds to be AMAZING. The couch in the room was a great addition. The staff delivered EXCELLENT service. The location is ideal, with access to surrounding attractions. I am a repeat customer and will definitely return.
The gym closes a little too early for MY LIKING.

The staff provided valet parking efficiently upon arrival. They were consistently helpful throughout the stay. The team at Mr Hive ensured a good buffet breakfast experience for all the guests.

I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, it features ample space for relaxation. The hotel offers a Buffet Breakfast. The hotel also had well-equipped facilities, that support a comfortable visit for all.
