convenient location helpful staff genuine staff
The location near the convention center proves to be very useful. I also find the proximity to the south wharf dfo quite convenient. Staff displayed really good courtesy and were very genuine .

the club lounge access proved worth it and the barista-made coffee stood out. plentiful alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were on offer, including cocktail specials. i found the spacious club relaxing and child-free after 5pm so it was good to work.
housekeeping did not check the alarmwith been set by previous guests. i got to sleep at 2am and was rudely awoken by the alarm at 0600. this was frustrating because it was early.

the panoramic suite features views of the river and skyline from the lounge. the bedroom even has views from the bathtub so the scene is beautiful. the suite includes comfortable furnishings.

the staff answered pre-stay confirmation emails promptly and fulfilled every request. every staff member, from check-in to check-out, was helpful and friendly. the staff attitude was amazing.

the hotel location is relaxed, but still near key sights. numerous bars and restaurants are on the doorstep so access is simple. i liked that it was so central.
