i found the staff quite friendly. the room service was prompt, providing quick meals after long days. the hotel location suited my travel plans with accessible public transport. the bed was also quite comfortable, i slept soundly.
The room was mostly clean, but i did notice a slight layer of dust on some surfaces. It could have been wiped down more thoroughly.

The hotel is close to a tram line. It was easy to reach the CBD. My room had a city view. I also ate lunch at the hotel and the food was good.
The bed and cover were not soft. There was no free bottled water provided. I asked for a charging cable, but reception initially said they didn't have one.

the location was great for my needs i needed to visit alfred hospital and it was in walking distance trams were available out front making access to the cbd easy many restaurants are across the road offering various choices the room was a great size as i booked a double room
the car park was tight making it hard to get around the iron had brown stains covering it the check in staff seemed rude lacking customer service skills apart from one staff member who was lovely
